As the law of conservation of energy states – energy cannot be produced out of nothing nor can it dissipate into nothing. It only transforms. Putting gas in the car gives it an energy source to run on and it is the same with our bodies, with one added factor – the food we consume is not only energy but also information. Energy broken down in a living organism differs from the energy within a machine because the body takes the building blocks and literally builds a new you from what you give it. If the information is faulty, lacking, bad or degenerate it translates into cells, organ, body, and mind functions. You can eat in two ways – to die or to live.

We live in the most abundant time in Earth’s history. What was once scarce and a daily struggle, for most of us in fairly developed areas is neatly offered beckoning from the shelves and stands. But there is a catch – the more you produce the more cost effective it gets, the less you lose in the process the more profitable you are, and you will lose less of your profit if you introduce chemicals to enhance some traits, change the genome or pump what you’re growing full of antibiotics. You’ll meet your poundage goal and have the pretty looking nutritionally empty toxic things stocking the shelves, semblances of food. The more sugar and flavor enhancements you put into food stuffs the more people are going to buy developing addictions just as you would with any opiate. Hedonism and availability have a price and it burns – literally burns. Most of those who don’t treat the food they ingest as information are walking around with chronic inflammations that manifest themselves in a list of symptoms to long to list here, ranging from something you’d easily dismiss as headaches, nausea, forgetfulness, or occasional digestive problems to larger issues such as autism, autoimmune diseases and full organ or body shutdowns leading to death.

No therapy works as long as you’re just treating the symptoms, you’re putting a band aid on an opened wound, Early onset of symptoms is a siren, a cry for help that is often missed because, buried under fleeting pleasures of quick gastronomical fixes, we’ve forgot how good our body was designed to feel. Once you start removing these “foods” the body already knows what to do to heal itself. It is made to do this, what it can recover from is simply unimaginable. As you already know what is harmful (because you have eyes and access to information), bellow we’ll spare you the sermon of what to avoid and just list the top 15 anti-inflammatory foods constructed upon the basic biochemistry of the body’s needs. Pease try and introduce some/all of these if you or someone who shares your meals is having unexplained, seemingly unrelated, symptoms flaring up. Chances are the starting point is right there on the plate and that the epicenter of the earthquake that signaled the siren is coming from your gut (often called the second brain for a reason). If it is green it doesn’t mean that it is healthy! Ask questions, reasearch like your life depends on it (it does), find out where your food is coming from, how it is grown, what has it been treated with, buy locally from small producers whenever you can.
