That is the most dangerous thing you can be in a society that needs you complacent, silent, distracted, working and mindlessly spending while accepting all that is served as truth.

Your biggest danger lies in not realizing you don’t need to be told what is right or wrong or accept false information as the norm, you don’t need to be told what to think, how to act, who to love and how, you don’t need to be pushed into a corner by being deemed as not enough something or too much something else, you don’t need to explain yourself and justify your goals and dreams according to the measuring stick of a “standard”. You are not a puppet to be manipulated into new mascaras, phones, jeans, lifestyles or ideologies. You don’t need to belong to a club or a party to speak for you, you don’t need to hide behind constructed personas, money, status, jobs, relationships or other people.

Get dangerous, get smart, get able to think, analyze, synthesize, speak and write. The only future that does not seem like a gateway to the underworld will be the one where the individual picks up some responsibility to rise from the mud of the “normal” which is usually designed as the least common denominator. Take time to learn how to think and see things as they are by facts, reason and heart in their respective contexts. Very few things are given and unchangeable. There is no advancement of the whole without the advancement of its distinct parts; there is no way to change the system by repeating the same pattern that created it. You don’t need to waste your energy to become what is expected of you if these are not your expectations for yourself.

Your freedom is guaranteed by the law but only to the extent to which you’re also willing to comply to the nonsense as well. Real freedom is in being able to think for yourself no matter what the superimposed structure of your current place in space and time it is.
