PAYMENT

Purchase is also available via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
On your Paypal account all data will be safely secured and your payment is free of any additional charge. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, please send us an email to info@looxa.net and you will be sent the details concerning the transaction. Upon receiving your payment we will send you your order. Please be aware that you are responsible for any possible extra costs calculated by your bank. This is not under our control, so if you are unsure make some inquiries.
SHIPPING
There is no need to worry about waiting. All our products are in stock; therefore we ship the next working day after the payment has been received. You will most certainly be informed when your order is ready to be shipped or is shipped. We ship all over the world. Please let us know via email if you need your purchase expedited and we will do our best to get it to you within your timeframe (extra postage costs will apply to express orders and the difference in shipping will be billed via Paypal). The shipping cost is calculated depending on destination country. Please send us an email to info@looxa.net. if you are interested in the PayPal orBank Transfer payment, and after calculating the shipping we will get back to you. Customs and duty shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Looxa aims to offer you the best user experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the order, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a full refund. To start the process, email us at info@looxa.net. All returns must be in new, unused condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit towards us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable since they are not charged by Looxa.
ORDER/CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email as soon as possible after placing your order and certainly before you receive the order dispatch confirmation email. If your order has been already dispatched to you, you may return goods you have ordered for full refund within 7 days from receiving your parcel.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
