You can have it all, whatever it is that falls under the “all” category of your self-defined success.

In the sea of choices inhabited by enchanting creatures and monsters alike, you can make your choice and not be paralyzed, forever frozen in time while the high and low tides come as clockwork. You can become that person that seems to justify the life they’ve been given, you can keep silent or scream your truth from the mountain tops… if you choose to do so.

The trauma(s) you carry can be released and healed. The spirit, mind and soul can be cleansed and reverted to the default mode of joy and openness which sponge in all the goodness of the world while accepting the not so good parts as necessary counterparts of each action having and equal and an opposite reaction. Brokenness can be mended, wholes filled and homeostasis restored. It will take work and struggle, and yes some pain as well, but you can overcome… if you choose to do so.

You can eliminate the unnecessary drama, energy usurpers, compulsions, cheap tricks of attention grabbing and the uneasy existential dread as the shadowy companion of the search for meaning. You can stand outside the circle of “normal” or ”standard”. You know that if you’re outside of the circle and not rich you’re deemed mad, but if you’re on the outside with money, fame and success you’re seen as delightfully eccentric. That’s all right, accept this, roll with it (or against it) and do your own thing. You can live a completely unique existence and not be bound by statistics… if you choose to do so.

You can find a mate, couple of them or choose a life of solitude and contemplation. You can marry or not, have strings of lovers or a heard of cats. You can build what feels right for you without the judgement of your surroundings sticking pins and needles in your persona for not following the blueprint. You can love whoever you wish to love for whatever reason you wish to love them… if you choose to do so.

You can change, you don’t have to stay the same or cultivate relationships that are conditioned on you not growing. You can change your mind, behavior, personality, stance, philosophy, lifestyle and goals. We change, we evolve and create things out of nothing that are custom made to bring joy… if you choose to do so.

You can do so much… if you choose to do so. You can also choose not to rock the boat and play it all by the book. If the decision is personal, willing and conscious, good for you. The point is, don’t let your life be an accident. Choose something, stick to it and apply some discipline, adjust course if needed and do it once more. You have more choices than any other generation in the history of mankind. Show some dignity and gratitude to those that came before you and worked hard for a better world. Exercise your freedom of choice.
