Info from Harvard researcher David Sinclair:
WHAT IS IT?
- Corona viruses have been around for a very long time, they’ve infected dinosaurs and are nothing new
- Viruses are sub life forms, alive but unable to survive without a living cell to host them, they trick the cell into inviting them in
- Its genetic material is single stranded RNA
- Their envelope is their weakness, soap will burst the envelope and kill the virus – wash your hands often
- They can’t move on their own and cannot get in your eyes, throat or any orifice unless you put them there. If it lands on your cheek it stays there like a sticky glitter – stop touching your mouth eyes or nose when outside
- It mutates every few days, there is a chance it will mutate enough to come back again and returns as something the immune system doesn’t recognize it already has immunity to
- Corona viruses jumps species to mutate and survive, large majority of mutations are useless and unsuccessful, but vaccines are a race with time before it mutates to much
- Virologists have been warning that such a thing was coming for about 10 years; we need to be more prepared next time with new technologies for vaccines on stand by and ready to go
WHAT TO/NOT TO DO:
- Stop smoking immediately
- Do some aerobic exercises every day, get your heart moving
- Don’t let yourself get low in iron and zinc
- Get enough vitamin D, it will keep your immunity working properly
- Keep your blood sugar stabile and low, a lot of sugar in the blood damages haemoglobin, sugar attaches to haemoglobin and makes you more susceptible to viruses, it will help to eat less often during the day
- Now is the time to get into shape
- Focus on plant foods, choose those with deeper colour
- Eat stressed plants that grew naturally in unperfected conditions, thy will give you far more good compounds which they developed to make themselves stronger and more resilient, plant defence molecules activate our own
- Don’t touch your face after touching public surfaces
- Wash all you bring into the house, assume everything has been in contact with the virus in some way
- Keep the humidity in your home in middle range (around 40-50%), too high or too low makes viruses thrive, middle humidity keeps your mucus membrane strong and able to fight
